Transport & Delivery of Goods

Devsons supply goods to customers in all regions of Kenya and East Africa from our base in Mombasa.

The cost of transport will be borne by the customer. The cost will depend on your choice of destination, carrier and the weight & volume of the goods ordered. Options available are as follows;

Transport within Kenya;

  1. Transport via a nominated commercial transporter e.g. NTL, Jihan Freighters, Roy Transporters, Al-Micdad, or any other nominated commercial transporter; These transporters will normally deliver to your doorstep. Payment for transport can be made directly to the transporter in cash upon delivery.
  2. Transport by courier e.g Wells Fargo or G4S. More expensive than No. 1 but quicker, courier will deliver to your doorstep. We will advice you the cost and you will have to include this in your total payment to us as couriers do not accept cash on delivery goods unless you have an account with them.
  3. Transport via the over-night buses if your town/area is served by the various bus companies. You will have to collect the goods from the bus company offices. Transport cost will have to paid to us and will be included in your Sales receipt.

Transport outside Kenya.

  1. Customer has to nominate a clearing & forwarding agent to handle the export of goods out of Kenya. Mode of transport can be air, road, or sea. Please contact us for more information.
